These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of inventisko.com (the "Site"), operated by Inventisko, a technology consulting and software development company based in Lebanon.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. Any technology consulting, software development, design, or other services provided by Inventisko to a client will be governed by a separate written agreement between Inventisko and that client.

These website Terms do not establish or limit the liability applicable to a separate client engagement. Liability for actual services provided by Inventisko will be governed by the applicable written client agreement.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site or your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim or loss results from Inventisko's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.

These Terms do not replace or modify any separate written agreement governing services provided by Inventisko to a client.

Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Lebanon, including applicable legislation concerning electronic transactions, online commercial activities, intellectual property, consumer protection, and other relevant matters.

Lebanon's Ministry of Economy and Trade identifies Law No. 81/2018 as legislation concerning electronic transactions and personal data and separately maintains the country's consumer-protection framework.
